Terms of Use

You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for activity under it. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to form a binding contract in your country.

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Decorly for your own home-design purposes, subject to these terms.

Decorly offers a Free plan and paid Premium plans (₹950 / month and ₹5,700 / year). Paid subscriptions are billed through Google Play and managed by your Google account.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal. You can cancel anytime from your Google Play account; access continues until the end of the paid period.

Prices and plan features may change; we will give notice of material changes.

You retain ownership of the photos you upload. You grant Decorly a limited licence to process those images solely to generate and store your designs and operate the service.

You confirm you have the right to upload any image you submit and that it does not infringe others' rights.

You agree not to misuse Decorly — including uploading unlawful, infringing or offensive content, attempting to disrupt the service, or reverse-engineering it. See our Community Guidelines for details.

Decorly, its branding and software are owned by us and protected by law. Designs you generate are yours to use for personal and commercial home-design projects.

Decorly generates design visualisations for inspiration and planning. Results are AI-generated and may not reflect exact real-world outcomes, measurements or costs. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Decorly is provided “as is” and we limit our liability accordingly.

We may update these terms; continued use means you accept the updated version. These terms are governed by the laws of India, unless your local law requires otherwise.
