This Refund Policy explains how billing and refunds work for Decorly Premium subscriptions.
Free plan
Decorly's Free plan lets you try the app — including several AI designs a day and every style — at no cost and with no payment details required.
Subscriptions via Google Play
Premium subscriptions are purchased and billed through Google Play. Because Google processes the payment, refund requests are handled according to Google Play's refund policy.
To request a refund, use Google Play (Account → Order history → Report a problem), or contact us and we will help where we can.
Renewals & cancellations
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Cancelling stops future charges; you keep Premium access until the end of the current paid period.
We generally do not provide prorated refunds for partial subscription periods, except where required by law or Google Play policy.
Free trials
If a free trial is offered, you will not be charged if you cancel before the trial ends. If you do not cancel, the subscription converts to a paid plan at the listed price.
